Violinist Saki Tozawa started learning the violin at the age of 6 with her mother before studying in the class of Nobuko Yasui. She rapidly won numerous prizes, first of all in Japan (Grand Prize of the Kanagawa Competition, First Prize of the Osaka Violin Competition) then on the international stage. She is currently at the University of Arts in Tokyo where she studies with Gérard Poulet and Natsumi Tamai.
